STOURPORT Rotary Club gave £440 to the Third Stourport Guides to thank them for their help during the town’s Santa tour.
The Guides and Scouts helped the Rotarians collect money when Santa and his sleigh stopped off around Stourport in December.
President Don Giles of the Stourport Rotary Club attended a Guides meeting at the Methodist Hall in Parkes Passage to present the cheque to Guide Leader Sally Davis.
Mr Giles said: “The youngsters are far more spry than most of the Rotarians and their help is very much appreciated.”
