A STOURPORT choir got the visitors to Hartlebury Castle’s Christmas fair in the festive mood with a yuletide recital.
Wilden Community Choir spread their Christmas spirit with tunes including I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas and Jingle Bells.
The choir, who meet regularly in Wilden Church, were joined at the castle by pupils from Wilden All Saints CE Primary School.
Pam Craven, the choir’s conductor, has been visiting the school on a regular basis throughout the past few months to work with year 5 children, developing their voices and inspiring them to sing in preparation for the recital.
Francesca Fishwick, headteacher, said: “This is a great example of a project that has brought members of the local community together, young and old.”
