Guests Malcolm Imhoff and his wife, Maggie, from Sutton Coldfield, took the audience on a tour around the world in the first meeting of the new year.
Chairman Bill Every welcomed them and the large attendance.
Both very experienced AV workers, Malcolm and Maggie’s programme included sequences of visits to some of their favourite places. They included Japan, climbing in the Swiss Alps around the Matterhorn, Venice, Wainwright’s Lake District and the history of Kissing Gates, and the National Parks of Central America before finishing up at the Grand Canyon.
The group meets in The Wribbenhall Community Centre, Shaw Hedge Road, Bewdley.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday, February 6 with a digital workshop at 2pm on how to use Pictures to EXE.
The next evening meeting will be on Wednesday, February 20 at 7.30pm and will be a competition for the Peter Frampton award.
