TO mark the construction of a new £24.5 million learning campus in Kidderminster, users of the site have decided to bury a time capsule.
The Habberley Learning Campus is currently being built on a site that was occupied by Baxter College and St John’s Primary School and the development will create a shared learning environment for the two schools, as well as Wyre Forest Special School.
The schools have all decided on items that they would like to put in the capsule, which will be reopened in 50 years time.
Items will include local newspapers on the date of the burial, alongside specific items that current pupils have chosen to represent 2014.
The time capsule will be buried at Habberley Learning Campus today at 10am.
