A FANCY dress fundraising evening in Wolverley raised £250 for two charities.
The Trilogy event was held at Wolverley Social Club and despite the wet weather, organiser Tara Jenks said she was impressed by everyone’s fancy dress efforts.
The money was raised for Cancer Research UK and Reaching Out, a Kidderminster-based charity helping elderly people who have had strokes.
Miss Jenks also hopes to hold a Trilogy fundraising event next year which will be “bigger, better and less wet”.
The winners of the fancy dress competition were Josh Hough, who dressed as The Joker, and Kaidon Jenks, as Mario.
