CLASSICS by Mozart and Haydn will feature in this year’s autumn concert by the Halesowen Choral Society.

Mozart’s Confessore Vespers, his final choral work composed in 1780 for the Salzburg Cathedral, and Haydn’s Theresa Mass, one of a series of six Masses, dating from 1799 will make up the programme.

The choir will be accompanied by the HCS Sinfonia, with leader Jeremy Blunt and conductor Stephen Davis.

Soloists for the concert at St Margaret’s Church, Hasbury, on Saturday November 8, at 7.30pm, will be Katie Trethewey, Rebecca Mitchell-Farmer Robert Jenkins & William Gee.

Tickets, priced £8, are available from choir members, by calling 0121 5507206 or online at www.halesowenchoralsociety.org
