Mickleton man to appear for trial over allegation of receiving stolen goods
A MICKLETON man accused of receiving stolen goods has had his case referred to Cheltenham Magistrates Court for trial.
Daniel Smith, 26, of Cedar Road, denies one charge of receiving stolen arboricultural equipment belonging to Cheltenham Tree Services Ltd between December 14 2013 and November 3 2015.
The trial has been adjourned to June 17.
