YOUNG Folk Award winners Greg Russell and Ciaran Algar will be performing at Bromsgrove Folk Club this week.
The duo, who both come from musical households, had careers as solo artists before teaming up for their first album The Queen’s Lover in 2012.
They began regularly touring together in 2013, when they also picked up their BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award, and they’ve played at all kinds of venues and festivals including Cambridge Folk Festival and Fairport’s Cropready Convention.
