MUNSLOW House was full of people.

They were at the Old rectory for the St Michael’s Church Fete.

The late summer fund raiser was full of the attractions of a rural church fete.

St Michael’s is set in the Munslow conservation area.

The church features of interest are the unusual timber porch and stained glass. Its south porch is a timber framed structure dating from the 14th century and was constructed about two years after the main church.

There is some fine stained glass century which were described by the curator of the stained glass museum in Ely as ‘the treasure of Munslow church.’
