RESIDENTS will have the chance turn the fruits from their apple tree into juice at an event at a Bewdley pub.
The Hop Pole, in Hop Pole Lane, will host Apple Pressing with expert Wade Muggleton on Saturday, October 29 from 11am to 3pm.
People can bring their own apples and have them pressed into juice using Wade’s equipment. They are also asked to bring containers with their apples to take juice away with them.
Anyone without their own apples can still get to taste some delicious juice made with the pub’s own fruits.
The pub held a successful event last year and want to make this an annual day and bosses say it’s ideal for children to learn and taste how the juice is made.
Participants are asked to make a small donation towards the loan of the equipment while a free cup of soup will be provided.
