A REWARD of £100 is being offered to anyone who can help locate a brand new Boardman bike.

The black and red bike was stolen from outside the Spar in Drakes Cross on Tuesday, October 25 at 6.30pm.

The bike owner's mother Angela Hedges is urging the culprit to "do the right thing" and give back the bike.

She is also urging other bike owners to be safe and keep their bikes locked.

She said: "My son had his brand new bike that he had saved all his paper round money up for stolen.

"At the moment all I want is the bike back. It's a black and red Boardman bike which cost him £500 a month ago."

The offender is described as as white male, short, aged 16 to 18, wearing a Nike hat.

Anyone with information is urged to contact West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident number 598-S-251016.
