THE vibrant 70s will be revived on stage as one of the country's most popular ABBA tribute bands arrive in Hereford to help raise funds for a special needs school.

Specsavers is organising the charity concert at Hereford’s Left Bank on November 11 in aid of Blackmarston School.

ABBA tribute band Revival will take to the stage with famous hits such as Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!, Mamma Mia and Fernando.

Store director Nialle Smith said: "We’re very excited about this Specsavers charity ABBA tribute night. We are big fans of the band in store, and we can’t wait to dance and sing the night away.

"The previous event we’ve held at the Left Bank was a great success and we’re looking forward to welcoming all the dancing queens out there to what’s sure to be a fantastic night of entertainment. What’s more, it’s to raise money, money, money for a great cause - so if you’re looking to get lost in music, then this ABBA event is for you!"

Doors will open at 7.30pm and tickets cost £15, which are available to buy from Specsavers at 12 Maylord Street, Hereford, or online at www.herefordleftbank.com.
