BOOKWORMS can pick up a bargain at The Bromsgrove Society's annual book sale this December.
Bromsgrove Library will host the event on December 2 from 10am to 1pm, with a special three-for-two offer on all old books.
Nearly-new editions will also be available, including the revised book about John Corbett - Pillar of Salt by Barbara Middlemas - who lived in Bromsgrove before he built the Chateau Impney.
All books will be supplied by The Bromsgrove Society and associated local authors, publishers and collectors.
A spokesman for the society said: "Now there is no bookshop in Bromsgrove this is a rare opportunity to choose Christmas presents with a local flavour."
Those seeking a particular book should contact John Weston on 01527 873483.
