JAZZ season at the Bonded Warehouse ends on a high note this Friday (July 13) as the Alison Rayner Quintet from London plays the venue.

The quintet feature three of the UK's finest female jazz musicians and will be a fitting finale to the Warehouse's 'Women in Jazz' season.

Alison Rayner (double bass/composer), Deirdre Cartwright (guitar) and Diane McLoughlin (saxophone) play alongside Steve Lodder (piano) and Buster Birch (drums).

The gig starts at the Canal Street venue at 7.45pm with tickets on the door costing £9 for adults and £5 for students and under-16s.

Tea and coffee will be served during the interval, while patrons may bring a moderate amount of alcoholic drink for their own consumption during the performance.

Access to the Bonded Warehouse is via two short flights of stairs and may not be suitable for those with disabilities.

Jazz at the Bonded Warehouse will then take a short break for the summer and will be back on September 14 with Paul Sawtell leading his quartet on vibes.

If you have any spare jazz/music related CDs or DVD', or suitable raffle prizes you would like to donate, then please pass them to Mike on the door.
