A WORKSHOP on nutritional cooking is coming to Clows Top.

“Scientists are showing that there’s an ever-increasing understanding of the link between lifestyle diseases such as Cardio Vascular Disease or Type 2 diabetes and diet,” said Ann Malone, diet and nutritional specialist and the class instructor.

“Our aim is to give people the evidence-based information they need to help prevent devastating complications and reduce the need for medication. We will provide healthful information and cooking tips so that you can prepare food at home that is easy to make, delicious to eat and beneficial for wellbeing.”

The class costs £5.00 per person and is open to anyone with an interest in learning how to eat more healthfully.
