TO mark the first month of their new headteacher’s reign, pupils at a Stourport school have been speculating about its future.

As part of an all-school project, the children of Wilden All Saints CE Primary School have been finding out about the past, enjoying the present and looking to the future.

A culmination of the pupil's learning was displayed as a gallery around the school hall where parents were invited to walk around and view Wilden's Great Exhibition.

Francesca Fishwick, new headteacher at the Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ school, started the Wilden’s World project to get all members of the school involved in establishing a new chapter in its history.

Mrs Fishwick said: “The children’s imaginations have been ignited and they have been so creative and resourceful.

"It has been lovely to see the different directions the children have taken with this project while all the time they have been learning about the rich history of their school.

“We will continue to maintain high standards while offering pupils a rich, creative curriculum which instils in them a love of learning.”
