VOLUNTEER reading mentors are needed at Foley Park Primary School in Kidderminster.
Children’s charity, Mentorlink, which is based in the town is looking for people to help pupils improve their reading skills.
Volunteers meet each week, one to one, with pupils to listen to them read and offer help and support.
Anyone interested should be a good listener, patient and enjoy working with children.
Applicants should be available for a minimum of six months, for as little as an hour a week and all training and travel expenses are paid.
Enhanced CRB clearance is required which is arranged by the charity. For more details visit mentorlink.org.uk or call Claire Quinn on 07973 572768 or email Claire.Quinn@mentorlink.org.uk
