Adrienne Wilson owns and runs Bewdley Sports Massage and has been “fixing and mending” people with musculoskeletal problems, rheumatoid arthritis, post surgery scar tissue and stress-related illnesses for 7 years.

Sadly there are still too many people out there, including some of the medical profession, who do not understand the benefits of sports massage, it is all about getting the route cause of the problem and not just treating the injury. There’s more information on my website & facebook page.
My clients have called me many things over the years - an angel, a masochist (I enjoy my job, what can I say) and Mrs Thumbs to name but a few. Each day brings a new challenge be it an 85-year-old trying his hardest to stay mobile and keep his independence or a 17-year-old volleyball player trying to maintain her fitness. No two days are the same, suffice to say groundhog day is not an issue I suffer with.
