HOCKEY: Stourport Ladies suffered a weekend of disappointing results.
In the Midlands Division Two, the seconds went down 2-1 to Shrewsbury.
Despite having a good match, the fifths went down 3-2 to Droitwich seconds in the Worcestershire League Division Three.
Stourport were level at half-time after a scoreless first period but after the break, Charlotte Lickman bagged a brace to share the player of the match award with and Becky Link.
Goalkeeper Gemma Robinson Taylor was the hero as Stourport sixths went down 10-0 at the hands if Harborne fifths in Division Three.
Louise Bagnall and Rosie Connolly came close to scoring for the ladies.
