CHADDESLEY Corbett recorded a fifth win of the season to keep their push for promotion in the Worcestershire League Division Three alive and kicking.
Saturday's 79 run win over Cleobury Mortimer means they are third in the table, just nine points behind leaders Harborne.
After losing the toss, Corbett were put into bat but they made 243 all out in 34 overs.
Tahir Khan (69), Muhammad Saddiq (54), Chris Mole (27) and Waqur Ahmed (28) were in excellent form.
Bowler Ben Griffiths (5-57) was effective, while David Shorter took three wickets for Mortimer.
Craig Shorter was head and shoulders above the rest of Cleobury's batting order, striking 92 runs but the rest of his team-mates were dismissed cheaply.
Saddiq bagged six wickets for 39 runs, while Ahmed took three as Chaddesley dismissed their rivals for 164 all out.
Corbett tackle Tenbury away on Saturday, while Cleobury go to Harborne (both 1pm start).
