CHADDESLEY Corbett suffered their second defeat of the season as they went down to Harborne by 31 runs in Worcestershire Division Three.
Harborne had won the toss and opted to bat first but they were kept to 137 all out in the 49th over.
Muhammad Saddiq (pictured above) continued to be Chaddesley’s most effective bowler as he took six wickets for 30 runs. But Corbett’s lost Nigel Middleton (14), Joe Lawton (0) and Mohammed Ramzan (6) early on to find themselves 24-3.
Chris Mole (22) and Saddiq (22) steadied the ship but Corbett never recovered and were dismissed for 106.
