ATHLETICS: Kidderminster and Stourport AC (KSAC) will be holding their traditional curtain raiser to the track and field season when the club hosts the Spring Warm Up meeting at Stourport Sports Club this Sunday.

The meeting starts at noon and anybody wanting to take part can enter on the day of the meeting.

The Warm Up marks the start of the club's competition season, and Libby Oliver will be one of many youngsters hoping for a successful season of league competition.

She was the most successful U11 girl in last year's league matches and is looking to repeat that feat in 2016.

As well as competing successfully for KSAC, Libby also won two medals at the prestigious Wenlock Olympics.

The youngster trains on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the track in Stourport and anyone interested in trying athletics is welcome to come along on any Tuesday or Thursday from 6pm.
