CHADDESLEY Corbett maintained their promotion push in Worcestershire County League Division Two with a 92-run win over Bredon.
Corbett, who are second in the table won the toss and made 324-6 in 50 overs.
Ibahim Jiva (84) and Tahseel Ahmadzai (110) shone.
Bredon’s top order made a decent fist in reply but once Martyn Draper (58), Jamie Munro (32) and Clive Fenney (29) were removed they collapsed to 232-9. Iqbal (5-48) and Saddiq (2-27) were Corbett’s main wicket-takers.
Corbett are at home to Coombs Wood on Saturday (1pm start).
Meanwhile, the seconds beat Bredon by four wickets.
Corbett kept them to 183-9 and then made 186-6 in reply.
James Towner top scored with 57 runs.
The seconds are away at Kidderminster on Saturday (1pm start).
