HARRIERS manager John Eustace wants his players to embrace this Sunday's FA Cup clash against Blackpool.

Kidderminster will face the League Two side at Bloomfield Road looking to cause an upset in the first round of the famous competition.

The Aggborough boss said: "Everyone at the club is looking forward to the game.

"It is a great chance for the young squad to see what it takes to be a league player and to go and learn as a group together.

"I want them to go there and express themselves and enjoy the test but to also make sure they are competitive at the same time."

Harriers, who have already won three matches to reach this stage, go into the contest in good spirits after a hard-fought 1-0 league win at Stockport County last Saturday.

Ryan Croasdale netted his first Harriers goal to push his side into third place in the National League North table.

Eustace was delight with his team's fifth away win of the campaign.

"I was delight," he added. "Stockport is a tough place to go and I was pleased with the way the lads stood up to the physical task.

"It was yet another new challenge for them that they took in their stride. Hopefully that will bode well for the future."

Midfield anchorman Croasdale will miss this weekend's cup clash through suspension but Harriers will hand a late fitness test to Elton Ngwatala in the hope that he can play a part.

Meanwhile, Blackpool may represents entirely new opposition for Harriers this weekend – but in striker Jamille Matt there is one face that travelling fans are sure to recognise.

The hit-man joined the Tangerines in the summer and is currently a regular fixture in their starting eleven.

He’ll be remembered by the Harriers fans, however, for his three-season spell at Aggborough where he netted 25 times in 70 appearances.

Away fans will be able to pay for tickets on the day by visiting the kiosk in the North Stand (Block A) at Bloomfield Road before making their way round to the West Stand (Block P) from where they'll view the match.

Three players have left Aggborough this week.

Defender Wayne Thomas has linked up with fellow National League North side Altrincham and George Forsyth has gone to Rushall Olympic, both on loan.

Academy graduate Nathan Millichamp has left after his contract was cancelled by mutual consent.
