THE Kidderminster Snooker League's Premier Division continues to be a close-run affair with eight of the nine teams separated by just two points.
St Johns D beat Pockets B 5-0 away with Roy Dickinson and Pete Smith both winning their two matches, the only consolation for the losers was a 40 break from Rich Pepperall.
Bottom club Pockets D won away 4-1 against Pockets S with captain Alan Ward gaining two points. The youngsters of Pockets A had a good win against Cookley, winning 4-1 with Callum Jones winning both his matches.
Finally, St Johns E had a good win against Chester Road winning 3-2 but would have felt slightly disappointed having lead 3-0.
Meanwhile, in Division One, Wribbenhall started the second half of the season as they finished the first half by winning 3-2 away to Workmans B, but they had to come from 2-0 down with Seb Lewis and John Roberts leading the way when they collected two wins each.
Pockets C sent St.Johns C to the bottom of the leagues when they won 3-2 , despite Aidy Palmer winning all of St Johns points.
St Georges beat Workmans A despite being 2-0 down with Azim Rias winning bot his matches. Legion were 3-0 up until Pete Stokes won both his matches for The Three Crowns.
