KIDDERMINSTER archery star Naomi Folkard has finished top of the UK rankings for the 12th year in a row.

The rankings are based on best scores during the outdoor season.

For recurve archers this is three ladies/gents FITA rounds and two FITA 70 rounds and all archers are required to shoot an Olympic round to be eligible for ranking.

Folkard produced some excellent scores over the season to accumulate 5257 points, ahead of Rebecca Martin (Trent Valley) 5229 and fellow Olympian Alison Williamson (Long Mynd) 5217.

In this highly competitive sport it is a massive achievement for Folkard to have maintained her number one ranking for so many years.
