GOLF: The trio of Shirley Caswell, Sharon Cartwright and Pat Clarke won the ladies 12-hole yellow ball at Kidderminster Golf Club with a score of 48 points.
Yvonne Foley, Jean Caddick and Lillian Weaver were runners-up with 41 points .
Jane Murrant won the five clubs and a putter event with 22 points, followed in second place by Shirley Caswell.
Meanwhile, leading European performance coach Dr Karl Morris is staging an evening at Cleobury Mortimer GC in March.
He has worked with Lee Westwood and Graeme McDowell and has created a scheme called ‘Mind Factor’.
