CLEOBURY Mortimer got the better of Avoncroft by 123 runs in Worcestershire Division Three on Saturday.
The Love Lane side produced a fine all round display to sink their Bromsgrove rivals.
Craig Shorter (78) and David Shorter (64) were in good form with the bat as Mortimer made 208-9.
Ben Griffiths (4-0) and David Shorter (3-28) took the wickets as Croft were dismissed for 85 as Cleobury recorded their first win in the league this season, lifting them to fourth from bottom.
Mortimer go to Bredon on Saturday, 1pm start.
