Kimberlin fills his boots as Kidderminster make it five in a row

ANDREW Kimberlin smashed 80 runs as Kidderminster Victoria's seconds saw off Halesowen by 45 runs in the Birmingham League Division One 2nd XI.

KVCC maintained their second place in the table with this good performance against their rivals from the Black Country.

Top run scorers were Kimberlin (80), Gomez Vincent (45), Steve Yarsley (36), Henry Wright (28) and Tom Kimberlin (24).

They dismissed Halesowen for 206, with Kimberlin taking 4-32 and Vincent 3-50.

Jack Beadsworth , Andy Logan and Steve Yarsley took one each.

KVCC have won their last five matches and are just five points behind leaders Kenilworth Wardens.

Next Saturday they are at home to Shifnal (12.30pm start).
