STOURPORT Boat Club enjoyed success on two fronts at the weekend.
Duncan Gwilliam won a brilliant gold at the Henley Masters Regatta, putting the seal on a quite amazing season.
He proved too strong for competitors from all over the world over 1,000 metres on the famous Henley reach.
The success follows on from Gwilliam’s gold medal win in the British Masters Championship earlier in the year.
Henley Masters Regatta has been held on the week following Henley Royal Regatta since 1994 and has grown into an internationally recognised event for Masters crews.
Callum O’Reilly and Sam Branford, meanwhile, won silver at the National Junior Championships in their doubles classification.
They were helped by the expert guidance of coach Stu Winter.
Held in Nottingham, this year’s racing over 2,000m included the best junior talent in the UK battling it out for prestigious titles.
