JOSH Gowling says Harriers are feeling refreshed and ready for tomorrow’s FA Trophy clash at Bradford Park Avenue.

The Aggborough outfit will be looking to avenge their defeat at the hands of the Conference North side, who edged them out 2-1 in the First Round last season.

With manager Gary Whild having a small squad to work with, a weekend off has allowed Harriers the chance to refuel their batteries.

Captain Gowling said: “It’s been a good chance for us to rest our bodies, reflect on the season so far and have a bit of fun too, as we held our Christmas party last weekend.

“We’ve also been in training as usual and at the start of this week we’ve gone back to basics with things like passing drills and getting our tempo up.

“You can train a bit harder and work on fitness when you know you haven’t got a game and that’s what we’ve done.

“It’s going to be a difficult one and Bradford is not a nice place to go, seeing as we didn’t do very well there when we went last season.

“It’s an important game and we’ve trained a bit longer than usual on Thursday in preparation.

“We’ve got to go there and put in a performance - we owe them one for knocking us out last season.”

We’ll have the build-up to the game from 2pm, followed by a full-time report after.
