RACHEL Hoyle coped best with testing conditions to clinch the Bewdley Pines Ladies Championship.
The first day was played with intermittent gust of wind, which made the play difficult but Emily Hyde was in the lead with the gross score of 82.
Julia Dawson, Jane Bushell, Sue Cooper and Hoyle led the nett competition.
However, the second day the conditions were very different with the ball running more. Hoyle forged ahead with a total score after 36 holes of 165, followed in second by Hyde (167) and Alison Garth (177).
The nett score was won by Jane Bushell with a total score of 139. Congratulations to them all.
Results - Monthly Medal Division One: 1 Craig Wood nett70; 2 David Wiggins nett71; 3 William Painter nett71.
Division Two: 1 Martin Lippitt nett 70; 2 David Thorpe nett71; 3 Richard Jones nett71.
Division Three: 1 Alistair Ruddick nett 65; 2 Leslie Cook nett 68; 3 George Bayliss nett 68.
