KIDDERMINSTER Harriers have reduced all admission and season ticket prices for next season.

With new manager John Eustace in place and a number of players already contracted for the term, planning continues apace at Aggborough.

The club have today releasing its new pricing structure for the 2016-17 campaign which will be in place in time for the start of what is expected to be a season in the Vanarama National League North.

Among the plans announced is a more permanent freezing of admission prices for under-16s at Aggborough with entry to all areas of the ground to be just £1 for each league fixture.

Additionally, under-16s can save even further by purchasing as season ticket for anywhere in the ground for just £20, with the Juniors Supporters Club still available to those wanting to pick up further incentives.

Match day admission for adults is also being reduced, with £2 being knocked off the price of adult admission to the Hire-It! East Stand, and a reduction of £1 to terrace adult admission.

Supporters can make a saving on season tickets, too. The club have released details of a four-month installment plan which enables fans to spread the cost of their new season ticket between April and July.

Harriers managing director, Dave Pountney, said: “We’re committed to bringing our supporters the best value possible and we felt it was only right that we reduce our prices across the board and make local football even more affordable.

“It’s well established that more than 40 per cent of our season ticket base is over the age of 60 – we’re grateful for that support but it’s obviously something that needs addressing.

“Bringing ‘Kids for a Quid’ back permanently is huge thing for us. I was hooked on coming to Aggborough as a youngster and we want to give as many young people as possible the opportunity to have that experience next season.

“We’ve also tried to reward our regular, loyal season ticket holders as well. There’s a four-month payment plan which makes things easier for supporters, without any extra charge.

“There are further benefits as well, like free admission to the West Bromwich Albion U21 and U18 games being staged at Aggborough which is a real bonus.

“Season tickets are important for us as we’ve given our word that the club will sustain itself and that the playing budget will be linked to the income we can generate, so it’s more important than ever before that our supporters stay behind us.”

Season tickets are on sale from the Aggborough Ticket Office from 9am tomorrow, with the ‘Early bird’ discount price period ending on Friday, June 3.
