FORMER Baxter College student Melissa Lawley scored on her first start for England.
The Manchester City attacker helped the Lionesses to a 5-0 World Cup qualifying success over Kazakhstan on Tuesday night at Colchester United's Community Stadium.
Four goals in 13 second-half minutes saw the England seal a comfortable victory with a Nikita Parris double and strikes from substitutes Fran Kirby and Isobel Christiansen adding to the tally It was Kidderminster's Lawley that set England on their way early in the contest when she controlled Keira Walsh's cross and finished neatly to break the deadlock.
