AFTER their match with Haughmond was postponed on Saturday, Bewdley Town are back in FA Vase action with a trip to Ashby Ivanhoe.
Bewdley were meant to invite their West Midland Premier rivals to Ribbesford Meadow, however, the match was put off due to the visitors’ FA Cup match against Mickleover Sports.
This gave Bewdley two weeks to prepare for the trip to East Midlands Counties League outfit Ashby, following the 1-0 victory over FC Stratford in the first round of the cup competition.
The Vase tie means Bewdley’s scheduled game at home to Pershore Town 88 has had to be postponed.
It will then be back to league action for the side as they head to Cradley Town on Tuesday night.
