Dean Bennett is back with Kidderminster Harriers for a third time.
The Chester City midfielder spent three months on-loan at Aggborough earlier this season, and will now remain at the club on loan until the end of the current campaign.
Bennett made more than 200 appearances for Harriers between 1999 and 2004 before his move to Wrexham.
"Benno is a good player, he brings energy to our side and he knows the game," boss Mark Yates said.
"He's getting better and better and we're glad to have him back, we know what qualities he brings and on that score we're delighted."
The deal has been completed today so Bennett is eligible for an immediate return to the squad in the Blue Square Premier fixture at York tomorrow.
