RUNNING: Amazing Feet RC saw two of its members complete the Worcester Sprint Triathlon at Droitwich last weekend.
Competitors had to tackle a gruelling 400 metre swim, 20 kilometre cycle ride and a 5km run.
Rachel Ward finished in a total time of one hour 14 minutes and 17 seconds to claim 56th position out of 216. She was also fourth lady home and second in the F40 age category.
Louise Massey also took part, finishing 128th (16th lady and sixth in the F40) in a time of 1-22-17.
Phil Wood competed in the midweek Bugatti 10km in Gloucestershire, finishing 92nd of 378 in a time of 45-12.
