RUNNING: Amazing Feet members Gerry Sanders and Andy Norris took part in the Race The Train 14 mile event in Tywyn, mid-Wales.
Sanders finished in two hours, two minutes and six seconds to come 411th out of 822 competitors, while Norris set a time of 2-04-44 for 437th.
Craig Bone completed the tough Standish Woodland Chase 10 mile multi-terrain event near to Stroud in 67-01, which brought him home in 14th position out of 122 finishers.
Rob Middleton also completed the race in 40th place in 75-42.
Richard Baker completed the five mile Corporate Challenge in Coventry, finishing in a four-year best time of 39-26 to take 71st position out of 135 finishers and fourth in the M50 section.
Baker then completed the Sandwell Show six kilometre race in a time of 29-08, to finish 25th of the 50 competitors and again take fourth in the M50.
