MOTORSPORT: Kidderminster single seat racing car driver, Chris Woodhouse, came third in his first meeting of the Euroboss Series at Donington Park.

Woodhouse, who drives a Formula 3000 Lola-Benetton F1 car, qualified fifth and then finished in the same position in the race on Saturday and third in a very wet second race on Sunday.

His faultless racing both days, showing some very impressive driving skills in adverse conditions, helped him to see off some bigger teams.

The driver will be aiming to build on his solid start to the season at the EuroBoss Grand Prix in Belgium on September 20 and 21.
