YOUNG central defender Tom Sharpe has signed for Kidderminster Harriers after being released by Nottingham Forest.
The 20-year-old impressed Harriers during pre-season, making five appearances in friendly games and has now secured a contract.
He becomes the 14th member of the Aggborough squad for the 2009-10 season.
Sharpe came through the Nottingham Forest Academy, and although he never made a first-team appearance after turning professional, he was a big part of their hugely successful reserve side which finished runners-up of its division last season.
Harriers' boss Mark Yates said: "Tom has been excellent for us and he's another player who just wants a chance to do well."
"He's a good, young talent who has an excellent football upbringing. He wants to play the right way and we're pleased to have him with us."
Meanwhile Harriers can confirm today that a deal has been reached to allow the transfer of Sam Foley to Newport County.
The FA have now cleared him internationally to play for the side he spent a spell with last season.
