MIDFIELDER David McDermott had mixed feelings after Harriers' 1-0 loss to Salisbury City at Aggborough.
The 21-year-old made his first appearance for Harriers since December when he came on as a substitute in the second half.
He was glad to be back after being hit hard by a bout of colitis, which forced him into hospital twice.
"It was a bit disappointing but it was good to be back.
"It was just a bit frustrating, we didn't break them down and we didn't get the bit between their teeth.
"It was nice for the fans to get behind me.
"It's nice to be back. there was a point when the doctors were giving me stuff and it was getting frustrating but they found something that has worked."
