Furnace Mill Fishery: Steve Harris (Daiwa Gordon League) was very pleased to draw Mill Pool and win the latest Sunday Open with a haul of 72lb 13oz, his catch also included over 14lb of bream. In second was Dave Johnson with 68lb 11oz from peg eight on Furnace Pool.

Third place went to Kev Williams (Wolverhampton) with 63lb 9oz of mainly carp from peg 91 and in fourth was Iwan Mills (Robin's Timber) with 61lb 10oz from peg 87.

The best weight on Mucky Meadow was 44lb 7oz from John Newton (Furnace Mill) on peg 35 which gave him joint fifth with Ed Gray (Furnace Mill) who had the same weight from peg 88. Paul Evans (Furnace Mill) won the silver fish prize with 15lb of roach.
