ANDY Thorn called on Harriers' players to focus on the Skrill Premier after the week's FA Cup heroics.

The Carpetmen must try and forget the distraction of a FA Cup Fourth Round trip to Sunderland and concentrate on the league clash at relegation battling Aldershot Town tomorrow (3pm ko).

Harriers will be on a high after beating League One Peterborough United on Tuesday but they face a Shots side who have lost just three times at home.

Aldershot are unbeaten in seven games in all competitions at home but a ten-point deduction means they are battling at the wrong end of the table.

“The boys have been fantastic and the results we’ve had have mirrored their performances,” said Thorn.

“We just have to make sure we keep our foot on the peddle.

“We’ve had a chat and we’re fully focused on Aldershot for Saturday.

“It’s only natural that people will be thinking about Sunderland but the boys have had a lot of accolades over the last couple of days and now it’s back to business and we’re looking forward to going down to Aldershot.

“They’ve got a good management team and the ten points puts a misleading look on the table.”

New signings Adrian Cieslewicz and Argentinian Santiago Aloi may be available for the clash but the club were waiting for international clearance for the pair.

Forward Cieslewicz signed until the end of the season from Welsh side Wrexham for a small fee.

The former Manchester City attacker joined the Dragons in 2009 and made 50 stars and 90 substitute appearances in the league, scoring 16 goals.

Thorn added: “He’s another good very good footballer and will improve us,” said boss Thorn.  “He’s a good lad with good ability; he goes both ways and has some blistering pace.

“I am looking forward to working with him.”

Callum Gittings (shoulder/hamstring) will miss out, while Amari Morgan-Smith is expected to recover from a knock sustained in mid-week.

Aldershot have been bolstered by the return of winger Bradley Bubb, who spent the first half of the season at Royal Antwerp.
