HARRIERS' play-off rivals have experienced mixed fortunes in midweek fixtures.
While Gary Whild's side have been focussing on Saturday's clash at Salisbury, many of the sides around them have been in action.
On Monday, Lee Gregory bagged a brace as Halifax saw off top five rivals 2-0.
Gateshead moved into third place after edging out Aldershot 2-1 with JJ O'Donnell and Jack Lester on target on Tuesday.
Grimsby lost 2-1 against leaders Luton at Blundell Park. Scott Neilson had fired the Mariners ahead but the Hatters hit back through Matt Robinson and Paul Benson.
Harriers are ninth in the table and two points off fifth spot.
Tonight, Salisbury welcome FA Tophy winners Cambridge, while Forest Green Rovers go to in-form Southport tomorrow.
