WINGER Marvin Johnson has become the 18th player climb aboard at Harriers for the new season with the signing of a one-year deal.

The winger, who has made 85 appearances for the club since first joining in early 2012, was offered a new contract at the end of the season just passed.

The former Romulus man made 29 of those appearances in 2013/14 and scored three times before ending the term out on loan with Conference North promotion contenders Hednesford Town.

The 23 year-old will be contract to Harriers until next summer.

“When I first signed here we just missed out on the play-offs to Luton,” Johnson said.

“The lads were gutted about that and we came back the next season even stronger.

“We’ve been through times when we’ve been let down and missed out.

“We know what that’s all about and we know what we have to do.”
