HARRIERS continue their search for their first win of the 2015-16 season tomorrow when they take on Tranmere Rovers at Prenton Park tomorrow (3pm ko).

Both sides will be keen to bag all three points for different reasons when they meet in the Wirral but for different reasons.

Kidderminster have picked up just two draws from their first six games and were stung by Saturday’s 2-0 home defeat to Forest Green Rovers.

In contrast, relegated Tranmere have seen their good start to life in the Vanarama National League knocked off course by consecutive defeats to Boreham Wood and Altrincham.

Rovers are one of the best supported clubs in the division but like many sides who have tumbled out of the Football League, they will find it hard to repeat Bristol Rovers' trick of immediately bouncing back.

"There aren't many bigger in that area outside of the Premier League,” said Harriers coach Tim Flowers.

"Fourteen or so years ago they played in the League Cup final against Leicester and that's the sort of transition they've had over a period of time.

"John Aldridge was manager and they were a menace to play against.

"It's a terrific set-up there and we know what we're up against - Gary Brabin is an experienced man at this level of football.

"They have some good players but, then again, so do we - so we'll have to make sure we go up there with a game plan, work hard and be as positive as we can."

Calvin Dinsley could play some part after coming on as a substitute against Forest Green at the weekend. The former Redditch United midfielder is playing catch up after being sidelined by a knee injury over the summer.

Kelvin Langmead, who has been sidelined since the opening day with a heel injury, remains a doubt.

Tranmere boss Brabin is hopeful that defender Liam Hogan will be available for selection after an injury picked up against Braintree Town.
