MIDFIELDER Joe Clarke believes Harriers need just a win to boost their confidence.

The Aggborough outfit are bottom of the table after eight games in the Vanarama National League.

Kidderminster face a vital game at Halifax on Saturday, a side who are one place them in the table.

The Reds have yet to win this season but will be aiming to build on encouraging away draws at Gateshead and Tranmere Rovers.

He said: "It's been a very tough start to the season but we're all sticking together.

"We've got a very good set of lads and we're all working hard.

"It's not going to be easy at Halifax but we've already picked up some good points at Gateshead and Tranmere, so we believe we can get the win.

"Sometimes you need to win ugly and grind out three points and that's what we're all working for. One win will make all the difference."
