KIDDERMINSTER Harriers have made a brisk start to season ticket tales, with the club hitting the 200 mark this morning.

By Thursday lunchtime the Aggborough outfit had seen 190 snapped up by fans.

With the club suffering relegation from the Vanarama National League the number sold will be a good indicator of supporters' mood.

Harriers' commercial team of Dave Pountney and Helen MacDonald continue to work tirelessly with seven executive boxes sold for the 2016-17 campaign.

But the club's hopes of holding a Sunday market were dashed.

They had applied to host the event each week on the car par on Stadium Close but withdrew the application because of resistance from residents.

However, Harriers remain hopeful of agreeing the lease for the car park from Wyre Forest District Council.
