Harriers handed home start to campaign

KIDDERMINSTER Harriers will start the Blue Square Premier at home to newly promoted Lewes after the 2008-2009 league fixtures were announced.

Harriers tackle the Blue Square Premier South champions in a tough season opener on Saturday, August 9.

The following Saturday manager Mark Yates and his troops will take on relegated Mansfield away from home.

Harriers will take on Wrexham, who were also relegated from the football league, for the first time at home on Saturday, November 22.

Forest Green Rovers to come Aggborough for a Boxing Day clash on Friday, December 26, Harriers then go to Torquay two days later.

On New Year's Day Harriers tackle Forest Green Rovers in Gloucestershire.

They end the season at home to Kettering Town on Saturday, April 25.
