Final score:
Crawley Town 2 - 2 Kidderminster Harriers

0:00: Good afternoon Harriers fans, welcome to Shuttle Online's live coverage from Broadfield Stadium. It's Steve Burr's first game as Harriers manager and it's fair to say that I am intrigued to see what, if any, effect he's had on the squad since taking over 48 hours ago. He's had little time to settle in and this is a chance for the new man in the hot-seat to evaluate what he's got at his dispossal. Rest assured I will be keeping you good people out there in web-land up with the action as it unfolds.

0:00: Interesting team news from Harriers. There are no massive surprises but assistant and former caretaker boss John Finnigan makes his first start since December's draw at home to Tamworth. Dean Bennett is out of the squad entirely with a groin problem. Interstingly, winger Kyle Hadley, who has also been hit hard by a niggly groin, appears. There's no place for Aaron Farrell.

0:00: After Monday's surprise FA Trophy defeat to Chelmsford, Crawley boss Steve Evans makes one change, with Eddie Hutchinson replacing Karl Broadhurst.

0:00: Crawley will have Simon Rayner in goal, while the back four consists of Simon Rusk (RB), Sam Rents (LB), Glenn Wilson (CB) and Adam Quinn (CB). In midfield, the hosts have Barry Cogan on the left, Ben Smith the right, while Thomas Pinault and Eddie Hutchinson are in the central positions. Up front the hotly rated Charles Ademeno, who is wanted by Swindon Town, and Michael Malcolm are Town's strikers.

0:00: As Harriers walk out onto the pitch the small army of away fans clap enthusiastically - a nice welcome for the new boss.

0:00: It's weird how coincidences can pop up from time-to-time. As both teams warm up Bob Dylan's 'Times Are a-Changing' warbles melancholically out of the PA system. How apt for Harriers.

3:00: Dean Coleman's poor kick fell to Barry Cogan 20-yards out but as he drives towards goal, he's sheperded wide by Harriers.

4:00: Harriers create an opening. Damian Spencer races into Robbie Matthew's flick-on header. He's blocked in the box but the ball falls to Chris McPhee. He whips in a cross from the right but Adam Quinn stoops to head the ball away.

5:00: Crawley go on the counter-attack and Charles Ademeno, a target for Swindon Town, cuts in and shoots over.

6:00: An escape for Harriers. Chris McPhee loses the ball on the left, and a cross is whipped in but Ben Smith heads wide at the near post.

10:00: Harriers are lively and the ball falls to Chris McPhee on edge of box. He takes a touch by Adam Quinn is alert to the danger and wins the ball.

Kidderminster Shuttle: Goal icon 12:00: Goal! Charles Ademeno pounces on a defensive error to score.

13:00: Oh dear! Gavin Caines' header is a but short but it's fumbled by Dean Coleman into Charles Adememo's path and he slots the ball in to the back of the net.

15:00: More defensive chaos for Harriers. They can't clear their lines as Charles Ademeno causes chaos and Michael Malcolm sees a close-range effort clear by Chris McPhee.

17:00: Gavin Caines rises at the far post but his far post header falls into Simon Rayner's arms.

17:00: Damian Spencer rams a 20-yard shot that deflects wide for a corner.

22:00: Another chance goes to waste for Crawley. Michael Malcolm whips in a free-kick but an unmarked Charles Ademeno can't connect.

25:00: Harriers look very shaky indeed. Simon Rusk delivers a cross from the right that Martin Riley stoops to meet. The ball pops up and Dean Coleman has to rush out and collect.

26:00: Robbie Matthews accidentally catches Glenn Wilson while challenging for a long ball. Totally accidental but Steve Evans goes overboard.

27:00: Harriers have woke up more now. This time Brian Smikle whips in a cross from the right and Sam Rents has to clear almost off his line.

27:00: Only Damian Spencer seems to have realised there's a new boss to impress. He fires in a fine low effort from just outside the area. Simon Rayner parried but as Brian Smikle tries to pounce, Sam Rents clears it up.

33:00: Alert play by Dean Coleman and Martin Riley. The keeper blocks an Ademeno shot and Martin Riley clears the ball.

35:00: Crawley break goes to waste when Charles Ademeno's cross-field pass to Michael Malcolm goes out of play.

37:00: Damian Spencer has been magnificent so far but he slides into win the ball off Eddie Hutchinson and just misses him.

39:00: Chris McPhee is another Harriers player who is trying his hardest to get things going. He gets the ball on the right, skips past Sam Rents but his tries to curl a low ball in that goes to the keeper. Nearly...

40:00: Nice play by Harriers, who have improved a great deal. Brian Smikle gets the ball off Chris McPhee, slips it to Duane Courtney on right edhge if area. He whips a good cross in but Glenn Wilson just beats Robbie Matthews to it.

41:00: Steve Evans calls for a penalty when Ben Smith seems to be caught by Gavin Caines. The Crawley man went down very easily and Caines looked to have won the ball.

Kidderminster Shuttle: whistle icon 45:00: Half time Plus one: Harriers have improved steadily and Steve Burr will have been happy that his team have not conceded any more goals. It could be an interesting second half.

46:00: John Finnigan strides past two challenges but can't find a Harriers player. Moments later Martin Riley's firm challenge leaves Charles Ademeno clutching his ankle. He seems okay to continue.

46:00: Harriers are still not on the pitch yet. Steve Burr is probably giving them a stern motivational talk.

Kidderminster Shuttle: Goal icon 50:00: Goal! John Finnigan levels the scores!

51:00: Super goal by the assistant boss. He lashed in a low diagonal shot that flew past an out-stretched Simon Rayner, ricocheted off both posts before flying into the back of the net.

54:00: Solid defending by Gavin Caines, who stands up to Charles Ademeno as he tries to wriggle away in the box.

58:00: Damian Spencer races onto a flick on and squeezes a low shot across the face of goal. The referee blows for a corner even though it didn't hit anyone.

60:00: Great save by Dean Coleman! He dives to his left and an out stretched hand keeps out Thomas Pinault's long range effort.

Kidderminster Shuttle: Goal icon 62:00: Goal! Another error by Dean Coleman allows Barry Cogan to score.

63:00: Dean Coleman must be wondering what to do next after another gaffe. He did well to block Charles Ademeno' shot but spills the ball to Barry Cogan, who scores from close range.

66:00: Brian Smikle scurries into Crawley's box but the referee blows for a hand ball by the forward.

69:00: Steve Burr is a stolid figure, watching quietly standing in the dugout.

70:00: John Finnigan blocks Barry Cogan's shot as he swivels in the box.

Kidderminster Shuttle: substitution 73:00: Substitution Kyle Hadley replaces Robbie Matthews.

73:00: Dean Coleman spills Charles Ademeno's shot for a corner. Luckily, Michael Malcolm's effort flies over the bar.

74:00: Crawley are forcing a host of corners. From the first, Eddie Hutchinson's header deflects wide. Gavin Caines heads behind at the second. From the third Michael Malcolm's dangerous ball evades everyone and goes out for a goal-kick.

76:00: Damian Spencer meets Gavin Caines' long ball but Chris McPhee is blocked as he tries to shoot on edge of box.

77:00: End-to-end stuff: Kyle Hadley drives forward and tests Simon Rayner with a stinging shot. Charles Ademeno breaks free but shoots just wide.

82:00: Harriers are pushing for a leveller now but Charles Ademeno looks dangerous on the break.

Kidderminster Shuttle: substitution 83:00: Substitution Nathan Hayward replaces Darryl Knights.

Kidderminster Shuttle: Goal icon 85:00: Goal! Chris McPhee scores!

Kidderminster Shuttle: substitution 86:00: Substitution Danny Forrest comes on for Charles Ademeno.

86:00: Harriers have shown some good determination and enjoyed some sustained pressure. Chris McPhee drove to edge of the box and saw his low shot deflect past Simon Rayner.

Kidderminster Shuttle: whistle icon 94:00: Final whistle It's over! Great spirit by Harriers, who never gave up. It's a battling start for Steve Burr. Although Dean Coleman might want to avoid the new manager if he can.
